A crispy pakoda for the monsoon............
This pakoda not only tastes yummy but easy to make also. Urad dal to be soaked between for just 30 minutes.
Urad dal (ulundu) - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
- Grind the soaked ural dal little coarsely (without water) and transfer to a bowl.
- Add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, hing and salt. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai and scoop 1/4 tsp of the batter and drop in oil.
- Fry till golden brown and serve hot.
Crispy & yummy masala pakoda is ready in a short time.
