Keerai Kootu - Vendhaya Keerai | Fenugreek Microgreens | Samudri Methi

 A lentil based (dal) dish that has the flavour of God's own Country. This dish can be mixed with steamed rice and had as a main dish and can be used an accompaniment for rice.




Most of the green leafy vegetables can be used in this recipe and also vegetables.

Mangai pachadi - Raw Mango Sauce

 Mangai Pachadi - a tangy, spicy and sweet preparation (Khatta Meetha Tikha) using the totapuri variety (kilimooku) of raw mango. 

A simple and easy to prepare curry that goes as an accompaniment with Molagootal rice, Dosai, chapathi.
