I have given below, the Ratio of Flour for making different savouries. This i am posting from my old collection from different experts.

  1. Thanks Mira for giving the ratios of the mix, please do add how much of karam [thikka - chiilli ] and salt to be added.Thathai requires butter, manoharan required jaggery syrup and then kuzal also requires butter. Your help will be much appreciated

  2. Yes, nitya bhen. too much butter will spoil the crispiness as well as the taste. will post it soon. Thank you.
