Romantic Roses & Candle
Presenting you a perfect decor piece for your dinner table "Romantic Roses and Candle". Are you cupid striken? get set go and set your table for a Romantic Dinner. All the best!
Thank you EC. I saw this work kept for decoration in a book shop. They were very kind enough to let me examine it. Toilet tissue role carboard centre is kept inside the candle. I kept that end open to make it detachable and washable. I didn't write down the pattern while making. hence i give you the basic idea. Make 3 chains. join. 6 sc. then next round 2 sc in each. then make scs in each round by adding extra in the curves to keep the shape. this will make the top portion so check fitting. then make SC without joining till top to get cylinderical effect. inser tissue role carboard.
Flame : 7 ch. sl st in 2nc ch from hook. sc in each ch. do this till you get the shape.
Roses : its avaialbe in the net. make as many roses as you need. then make a circle base as shown in the pictorial illustration the centre of which will comfortably fit around the candle to form a base (detachable) and increase the SCs to bring the shape & curves. sew the roses and leaves to it and fit the candle inside it. Your candle & romantic roses are ready to set the dinner table. Happy crocheting. Planning to do another one. THat time i will remember taking down the stitches perfectly and post it here.
